The PTI has moved toward the High Court against a request for the Peshawar High Court (PHC) which stripped the previous decision party of its notable political race image of a cricket bat. The party has mentioned the top court to take up the matter quickly considering the forthcoming general decisions.
The Political race Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on December 22 refuted the PTI's intra-party decisions hung on December 2 on the guidance of the surveys oversight authority. The ECP request additionally brought about denying the party of its political race image. The PTI moved the PHC against the request whose single-part seat on December 26 suspended the ECP request.
